Plans for a series of new garden communities are being developed and shared with local people to create inspiring new places to live, work and learn on the edge of the Cotswolds.

Bellway Strategic Land, in collaboration with Bromford and Mansfield LLP, are currently engaging on proposals for a series of new garden communities at North Ashchurch, Tewksbury. The new communities form part of a wider scheme which was awarded Garden Town status in 2019.

Working closely with key stakeholders including the Borough Council, Parish Councils, Homes England and Gloucester CC, a masterplan is being developed which will deliver up to 4,000 new homes with new schools, community facilities, public open spaces and other important infrastructure.

The plans are now being shared with the local communities with over 12,500 leaflets being sent out and three community consultation events being held in the local area. A dedicated website has also been set up to inform and engage with the community: www.northaschurch.com
